International Buyers are responsible for paying all import duty, tax, and fees which may be collected by their country when the parcel arrives. To avoid misunderstanding, we declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration.  We will neither check the "gift" box nor under declare the value.  The buyer is responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties and import fees that the destination country may charge.  We cannot control the taxes, VAT, duties and import fees that the destination country charges.  If the buyer chooses to refuse the shipment to avoid the taxes, VAT, duty or customs charges and the shipment is returned to us, the buyer responsible for the return shipping charges or a 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater.  INTERNATIONAL is anywhere outside of the United States.
