I have never heard of TechRodsandReels.com, how can I trust you?
We understand, that is why we offer trusted payment options, so like yourself, you are protected. When you pay using PayPal, their Purchase Protection coverage is included at no extra cost. PayPal offers buyers $0 Liability for Unauthorized Purchases (See Eligibility), refunds for incorrect orders or items that never arrive, and a convenient process for resolving problems.
I would like to speak to someone about my order by phone?
Please contact us by calling toll free (855) 937-5554. Please note, we are a small company so if we don't answer we are generally helping someone else, so please leave a message. We will return your phone call the same day, so please leave a detail message and a phone number to contact you back.
Can I order over the phone?
At this time we don’t accept payments over the phone. We may offer this in the future but we feel the safest payment options is through what we currently offer.
I would like to pay with my Visa, Master Card, Discover or Amex and I don't have a PayPal account?
You do not need a PayPal account. In order to pay with credit card you need to choose the PayPal option during checkout on our site. At the prompt to login to PayPal , don't login, there will be a link below the login to click on to pay via credit card, choose that.
If I purchase a reel, line and backing, can you spool that up for me?
Yes! We do this all the time.
I don't know the difference from left hand retrieve versus right?
If you cast with your right hand and reel with your left, then you want a left hand retrieve, otherwise a right hand retrieve. Most manufactures by default ship their reels with left hand retrieve.
Why are your online store prices different than what you list on Ebay or Amazon?
As a general rule, our online store prices will be lower than what we have posted on Ebay or Amazon because these companies charge merchants higher fees and we need to offset prices accordingly. We offer options for our customers to have an enjoyable shopping experience.
How can I track my order?
You can do this a couple of ways, besides logging into your payment account (PayPal, Amazon) we also send an email with tracking details. If you didn’t receive an email from us, check your Spam folder for an email from TechRodsandReels.com. You can track your package by entering the tracking number at USPS.com or by visiting Track Package .
Why don’t you offer USPS Express Shipping?
We don’t offer it has an option because we have found that most items take about the same time as USPS Priority and we couldn’t offer the Free USA Priority Shipping on orders over $50. If this is important to you, please contact us and we can discuss options.
Can I order over the phone?
At this time we don’t accept payments over the phone. We may offer this in the future but we feel the safest for you and us is through the payment options that we currently offer.
What type of hooks do you use for your flies?
We use Mustad hooks and quality hackle feathers, we stand behind our flies!
